Moving hosts is where sites break. It doesn't have to be.
We migrate the whole account — files, databases, mailboxes with their folder structure intact, DNS zones and certificates — and only switch the nameservers once the copy is live and verified. Mail keeps flowing throughout.

What's actually on the old host — domains, addon domains, mailbox sizes, database owners, cron jobs. Half of them are usually undocumented.
Copy, then verify the copy
Every archive is unpacked and counted, not trusted. A backup nobody has opened is a rumour.
Scan before it is served
If the old host was compromised, its PHP is exactly where a backdoor sits. Website files are scanned before they land in a web-served path.
Rebuild here and test on a preview URL
SSL, mail, cron and caching all working on the new server while the old one is still live.
Cut over with a low TTL
TTL dropped in advance, nameservers switched, mail merged rather than overwritten. Rollback stays available.
Keep the old host a few more weeks

Will my site go down during the migration?
No. We build a complete working copy on our server and test it on a preview URL first. The nameserver switch only happens once that copy is verified, with the TTL lowered in advance so propagation is measured in minutes. Mail is merged into the new mailboxes rather than replacing them, so nothing that arrives mid-cutover is lost.
My current host has gone offline or been hacked. Can you still help?
Usually, yes — that's a large part of what we do. If the server is reachable at all, even intermittently, we can stream the account off it. If it has been compromised, everything is malware-scanned before it is served from our infrastructure. We've recovered accounts of tens of thousands of mail items this way.
Why isn't there pricing on this page?
Because hosting quoted from a page is guesswork. Tell us the domain, how many mailboxes and what the site runs on, and you'll get a fixed monthly or yearly figure the same day — with the honest recommendation, including when the cheaper plan is enough.
Do I keep control of my domain?
Always. The domain is registered in your name and you hold the registrar account. We manage DNS on your behalf through our nameservers, and you can move it elsewhere whenever you want. No hostage-taking, no exit fee.
Can you host something you didn't build?
Yes. Most of what runs here we didn't write. WordPress, Laravel, Node, static sites, custom PHP — send us the stack and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right host for it.
What happens to my backups if I leave?
We hand you a complete archive — files, databases and mail in standard formats — and help your new host bring it up. Then we delete our copies on your confirmation.
